Front of House (FOH) Staff

Job Summary:
Our burger place is seeking a friendly and energetic Front of House (FOH) Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a FOH Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and assist with seating arrangements.
Take guests' orders and provide menu recommendations.
Ensure accuracy in orders and timely delivery of food to guests.
Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stocking inventory, cleaning, and preparing for the next day's service.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service-oriented position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
